I collaborated with a coworker and a former Under Armour colleague—now at Adobe—to present Under Armour’s content supply chain at Adobe Summit 2023. This presentation was the culmination of months of internal analysis, where we mapped each phase of the supply chain, identifying key people, processes, and tools. Our work refined workflows, enhanced cross-functional communication, and proactively aligned content operations with business goals. This framework continues to evolve, supporting global-scale content management and driving efficiency across teams.
